5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are indicated on the website. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
For other damages, we are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
