You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receive the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method).
Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if opened
- Customized products
